核环保工程放射性作业辐射防护管理体系构建与优化

Construction and optimization of radiation protection management system in radioactive operation in nuclear environmental protection engineering

摘要: 从业务策划、准备、实施和评估改进环节构建全过程的辐射防护管理体系,并在实践中对管理流程和技术设计进行优化。实践证明,集体剂量、人均剂量和最大个人年剂量较优化前有较大幅度的降低,剂量监测有效性得到保障,核环保工程放射性作业辐射防护管理水平得到显著的提升。

Abstract: The radiation protection management system of the CNNC Everclean Co. Ltd. was constructed in the processes of planning, preparation, implementation and improvement, and the management procedures and technical design were optimized. The collective dose, per capita dose and individual annual maximum dose have been reduced significantly after the optimization, and the effectiveness of dose monitoring is guaranteed. The radiation protection management for radioactive operations in nuclear environmental protection engineering has been significantly improved.
