摘要: X射线、γ射线照射后,指甲内产生新的自由基团,通过电子顺磁共振(EPR)技术可以检测到指甲中自由基团的信号,形成电子顺磁共振波谱。本文主要对指甲的EPR信号组成,获取辐射诱导信号的方法、信号的稳定性及其影响因素等进行了探讨。

Abstract: After being irradiated by X-rays or γ-ray, new free radicals would produce within the fingernails. Using electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) technique, signals representing free radicals can be detected and form an electron paramagnetic resonance spectroscopy. EPR signal formation, method of abtaining radiation-induced signal, signal stability and its affecting factors were discussed in this paper.
