核级活性炭真空浸渍与预干燥生产工艺研究

Study on the Impregnation and Drying Process ofNuclear-grade Activated Carbon in Vacuum Condition

摘要: 对核级除碘活性炭的浸渍与干燥工艺进行了研究。在负压工艺条件下浸渍、干燥活性炭,并与常压下的工艺进行了比较。试验数据表明:负压下浸渍更有利于活性炭对浸渍剂的吸收,浸渍试剂损失小,负压下对活性炭的干燥效率高于常压下的效率。最终确定了一种适用于大批量生产浸渍颗粒活性炭的浸渍与预干燥生产工艺,为研究开发规模化浸渍活性炭真空浸渍与预干燥生产设备提供了设计依据。

Abstract: The technics of nuclear-grade activated carbon impregnated and dried in vacuum condition were studied in this paper. The process was compared with that in ambient condition. Experimental results show that KI and TEDA were easily absorbed by activated carbon in vacuum condition along with small loss of impregnant and high efficiency of drying process. The large-scale process of nuclear-grade activated carbon impregnating and drying were established based on the experimental results, and the results can also be used as a basis for designing such process.
