摘要： 按照国际放射防护委员会和国际原子能机构等组织对应急工作人员剂量控制的原则和要求,讨论了应急照射情况下工作人员辐射照射控制中的几个问题,论述了核电厂对应急照射工作人员剂量控制的现行实践。

关键词: 应急照射, 应急工作人员, 参考水平

Abstract: An overview was provided of some principles and requirements of ICRP and IAEA for the exposure control of emergency workers. Several key issues were summarized on how to control exposure of workers in emergency exposure situations. An exemplary description was performed on the dose control of emergency workers in a nuclear power plant.
