核级活性炭真空浸渍与预干燥设备设计与应用

摘要: 在实验确定了真空浸渍与真空干燥工艺后,通过热平衡计算,设计了一套可规模化制备颗粒活性炭的浸渍与预干燥一体化设备。该设备实现了浸渍与预干燥一次性连续操作运行的工艺,达到规模化生产能力,产品质量稳定,节能省时高效,生产过程无粉尘污染,基本实现了生产过程机械化。

Abstract: The impregnating and drying technics in vacuum condition of nuclear-grade activated carbon were established based on our experimental results. In this paper, a large-scale process and its integrated equipment to produce impregnated activated carbon were designed via heat balance calculation. This equipment can produce impregnated activated carbon in a continuous impregnation and pre-drying mode with stable quality, high efficiency, short time, and no dust pollution in the process.
