测氡仪校准因子的不确定度分析

Uncertainty analysis of calibration factor of radon monitor

摘要: 测氡仪校准因子的不确定度是评判校准结果的重要参数,是测氡仪测量结果评定的重要依据。对以氡室作为辅助装置进行测氡仪校准时被测仪器校准因子的不确定度来源进行分析,测得了校准因子的相对标准不确定度。结果显示,测氡仪校准因子的不确定度主要影响因素有标准仪器和被测仪器的重复性不确定度、标准仪器校准因子和其年稳定性的不确定度、氡室装置测试区域不均匀性的不确定等。最终,各测量点下被测测氡仪校准因子的相对标准不确定度分别为4.1%、3.6%、3.3%。

Abstract: The uncertainty of the calibration factor is an important parameter to evaluate the calibration results and is an important basis for the evaluation of the measurement results of radon monitor. In this paper, the uncertainty source of calibration radon monitor is analyzed by using radon chamber. The relative standard uncertainty of the calibration factor was measured. The results show that the main influencing factors of the uncertainty of the calibration factor include: the repeatability of the standard instrument and the measured instrument; standard instrument calibration factor and its annual stability; inhomogeneity of test area of radon chamber device. Finally, the relative standard uncertainties of the calibration factors at each measurement point are 4.1 %, 3.6 %, and 3.3 %, respectively.
