摘要: 对核设施安全监管分类阈值制订背景和所依据技术文件进行分析,重点研究所参考的美国能源部相关标准升版中主要考虑因素,及其对我国核设施分类阈值修订的适用性,并提出相关修订建议。

Abstract: Based on the analysis of the background of the categorization threshold quantities and relevant technical documents of nuclear safety supervision, this paper focuses on the main considerations in the revision of relevant standard of the US Department of Energy and its applicability to the safety categorization and its revision of China’s nuclear facility, and puts forward relevant revision recommendations.
