摘要: 2007年ICRP第103号出版物出版后,IAEA据此修订了安全丛书115号,形成了IAEA新的《辐射防护与辐射源安全:国际基本安全标准》(GSR-3,2014)。其中关于核与辐射应急照射情况下公众照射的防护,与115号报告有了较大的变动,本文对这些差异进行了分析,并对新标准在应用中应加以关注的相关问题进行了讨论。

Abstract: Following the new recommendations of the ICRP Publication 103, IAEA has superseded the International Basic Safety Standards for Protection against Ionizing Radiation and for the Safety of Radiation Sources (IAEA Safety Series No. 115, 1996) with the Radiation Protection and Safety of Radiation Sources: International Basic Safety Standards (IAEA Safety Standards Series No. GSR Part3, 2014). Major revisions have been made for the protection of public exposure in nuclear and radiological emergency situations in the new IAEA safety standard. Issues concerning the application of IAEA GSR Part3 are discussed.
