核电厂一回路水离子交换处理技术研究

Research on Ion Exchange Technology Used in Primary Loop of Nuclear Power Plant

摘要: 核电厂一回路水的净化广泛采用离子交换技术。针对核电厂离子交换树脂应用中两个需迫切关注的指标(工作交换容量与去污因子)开展实验研究。首先选取核电厂一回路冷却剂中的典型离子Cs+、Co2+、Sr2+、Ca2+、Li+等配制模拟水样;然后针对不同型号的凝胶型树脂(IX-1,IX-2,IX-3) 、不同离子浓度的进水进行动态穿透实验。结果表明:(1)在进水离子质量浓度为10-6级别时,树脂的工作交换容量可利用至全体积交换容量的80%以上,且进水中离子浓度越高,可利用的工作交换容量比例也越大。(2)不同的交联度对树脂的工作交换容量存在较明显的影响。(3)相较于单台树脂床,串联床的去污因子增加显著。

Abstract: Two of the most important performance indicators of ion exchange resin in NPP (operating exchange capacity and decontamination factor) were experimentally studied. Firstly, simulant samples were prepared using typical ions presented in primary coolant in NPP, including Cs+, Co2+, Sr2+, Ca2+, Li+, and etc., and then, experiments were performed with different resins and concentrations. Results indicate that: (1) the usable operating exchange capacity could reach 80% of total exchange capacity when the mass concentration of sample was at 10-6 level, and the operating exchange capacity was increased along with the higher concentration of sample. (2) The cross-linkage had appreciable effect on operating exchange capacity. (3) Comparing with a single processing bed, multi-beds in series demonstrates an obvious increase indecontamination factor (DF) .
