微波与电子束辐照协同调理市政污泥技术研究

Study on the conditioning of municipal sludge by synergistic process using microwave and electron beam irradiation

摘要: 针对市政污泥传统调理技术脱水效率低、易产生二次污染的问题,本文提出了微波与电子束辐照协同调理污泥新工艺。以淮安市四季青污水处理厂含水率87.04%的市政污泥为试验对象,采用单因素试验与正交试验,研究了微波功率、微波时间、电子束辐照剂量及辐照顺序对污泥脱水性能的影响,并通过压滤试验对比了不同调理方式的效果。试验结果显示:电子束辐照剂量与微波时间是影响污泥脱水性能的显著因素(P<0.05);采用先微波后电子束辐照顺序、微波功率200 W、微波时间30 s、电子束辐照剂量9 kGy的试验条件,该污泥毛细吸水时间及比阻显著降低,泥饼含水率降低至49.06%。该协同调理工艺无需投加化学药剂,无二次污染,脱水效果优于传统化学调理方法,可为市政污泥深度脱水提供技术参考。

Abstract: A novel synergistic conditioning process using microwave and electron beam irradiation was proposed to solve the problems of low dewatering efficiency and easy secondary pollution in traditional municipal sludge conditioning technologies. Municipal sludge with a moisture content of 87.04% from Sijiqing Sewage Treatment Plant in Huai’an City was used as the test material. Single-factor tests and orthogonal tests were carried out to investigate the effects of microwave power, microwave time, electron beam irradiation dose and irradiation sequence on sludge dewatering performance. The performance of different conditioning methods were compared by pressure filtration tests. The results show that electron beam irradiation dose and microwave time are significant factors affecting sludge dewatering performance (P<0.05). Under the optimal conditions of microwave followed by electron beam irradiation, microwave power of 200 W, microwave time of 30 s and electron beam irradiation dose of 9 kGy, the capillary suction time and specific resistance of the sludge are significantly decreased, and the moisture content of the filter cake is as low as 49.06%. This synergistic conditioning process does not require the addition of chemical reagents and generates no secondary pollution. It exhibits better dewatering performance than traditional chemical conditioning methods and can serve as a technical reference for the deep dewatering of municipal sludge.
