Construction of Medical Response System for Nuclear Emergency in Hospitals

Abstract: Medical institutions should have its emergency response capability for undertaking regional rescue tasks for nuclear emergency. By analyzing the basic components and index requirements of this capability, the modules, elements and paths of building a proper hospital system are studied. Medical establishments need to develope a sound system support for such a rescue mission, namely a framework composed of personnel, equipments, facilities, plans, training and technical modules, with sustained training preparation and technical level maintenance.
