Discussion on several problems of radiation accident emergency for uranium mine and associated radioactive mine

摘要: 本文分析了辐射事故相关的法律法规和标准,厘清了核事故、辐射事故、辐射污染事件与突发环境事件相关概念及其相互的关系,认为辐射污染事件和辐射事故具有同一内涵,提出了加强铀矿和伴生放射性矿辐射事故应急预案的管理、开展铀矿和伴生放射性矿辐射事故风险评估和推动铀矿和伴生放射性矿辐射事故应急演习的建议,供相关部门和从业人员参考。

Abstract: This paper analyzes laws, regulations, and standards related to radiation accidents. This paper clarified the concepts related to nuclear accidents, radiation accidents, radiation contamination incidents, and abrupt environmental incidents, as well as their relationships. Radiation contamination incidents and radiation accidents are considered to have the same implication. Suggestions have been put forward to strengthen the management of emergency plans for radiation accidents in uranium mines and associated radioactive mines, conduct risk assessments for radiation accidents in uranium mines and associated radioactive mines, and promote emergency drills for radiation accidents in uranium mines and associated radioactive mines, for reference by relevant departments and practitioners.
