红沿河核电站一次惰性气体意外释放事件的监测与分析

摘要: 介绍辽宁红沿河核电站一次一回路水过滤器更换操作后惰性气体的意外释放事件的排查分析过程。通过排查分析发现沾污的核素是87Kr、88Kr及135Xe等惰性气体,通过对工作人员摄入惰性气体产生的照射剂量估算,证明其有效剂量远低于核电站对工作人员的每日受照剂量限值。本文对惰性气体意外释放事件查找的思路和方法,有利于其他同类型核电站在发生类似事件时参考,以尽快确定泄露点并采取相应控制措施,消除污染源,保护工作人员的辐射安全和健康。

Abstract: After replacement of one radioactive water filter of the primary loop in LHNP unit 1, the workers had been found surface contaminated on their overall suits and helmets. This report introduces the analysis and investigating process of the case and confirms that the radioactive isotopes were 87Kr, 88Kr and 135Xe. Through the estimation of the irradiation dose of the noble gas intake of the workers, the effective dose of the workers is demonstrated far lower than the daily dose limit. The investigating method and thoughts of this leak out case will be propitious for the other same type nuclear power plants in case of the similar events,in rapidly identifying the radiation source terms and adopting the contamination eliminating actions to insure the radiation safety of the workers.
