济南市放射诊疗设备资源配置现状及公平性分析

Abstract

Abstract: A census-based survey was conducted on radioactive medical institutions(excluding dental clinics) in Jinan City. The data on radioactive medical equipment resources and the frequency of radioactive medical applications was collected from 12 districts and counties in Jinan, and equity of equipment resource based on population and geographical distribution was analyzed by Lorenz curve and Gini coefficient.In the population distribution, radioactive medical institutions were in an absolutely fair state,and radioactive medical equipment was in a relatively fair state.In terms of geography,radioactive medical institutions demonstrated significant disparity, with radioactive medical equipment showing extreme disparity. The resource allocation of radioactive medical equipment and the frequency of radioactive medical applications in Jinan City exhibit substantial regional disparities. It is recommended to optimize regional distribution and enhance overall equity in resource allocation.
