Abstract: With questionnaires formulated, we conduct an online survey among occupational disease diagnostic physicians, radiation workers and health supervisors, to track the implementation of criteria for common occupational radiation diseases in Shandong Province. We then discuss the scientificity, rationality and existing problems of these criteria, and provide reference for their revision. This also contributes to the management of radiation health. The results show that the awareness rate is 58.47% to 100%; the feasibility rate of clause judgement is 88.89% to 100%; the recognition rate of compliance with existing regulations is 90%. The judgement accuracy rate and awareness rate of workers on the problems are 74.58%-88.98%, 81.36%-100% respectively.
