Abstract: To evaluate the implementation of common diagnostic criteria for radiation diseases among diagnostic physicians, radiation workers and radiation health supervisors, to understand the scientificity, practicability of these criteria and the problems existing in the implementation process, a questionnaire survey was conducted in nuclear industry and selected provincial regions including Sichuan, Jiangsu, Inner Mongolia, Shandong, Henan, Tianjin, Anhui, Zhejiang. Our questionnaires were divided into volume A, B and C, corresponding to physicians, workers and supervisors respectively. The results showed that:(1) the recovery for A, B and C is 140, 2 815 and 310 respectively;the mastery and awareness rate from high to low are of physicians, supervisors and workers;(2) with the quantitative score of the criterion technical content set to 100, we get 93.1, 92.8, 85.5, 88.7, 87 respectively for the diagnosis of occupational radiation skin diseases, external exposure acute radiation disease, external exposure chronic radiation diseases, radiation tumour and cataract.
