军队医院核防护专科护理人员岗位胜任力分析

Abstract

Abstract: The nursing staff of nuclear protection specialty in military hospitals plays an important role in medical rescue for nuclear emergency. We explore the personnel capability from the aspects of comprehensive quality requirements, reasonable staffing and specialized training, so as to provide reference for improving the nuclear emergency rescue capability in military hospitals.
