某医院2019—2021年放射工作人员个人剂量监测结果分析

Analysis of Individual Dose Monitoring Results of External Exposure of Radiation Workers in a Hospital in 2019-2021

摘要: 目的 了解空军军医大学第二附属医院核医学科放射工作人员职业性外照射个人剂量情况。方法 以该院核医学科全体工作人员为研究对象,对其2019—2021年间所受外照射个人剂量进行监测并分析。结果 (1)2019、2020、2021年人均年有效剂量分别为1.04、1.22和1.19 mSv/a,其中,医师为0.85 mSv/a,技师为1.43 mSv/a,护士为1.42 mSv/a,其他人员为0.75 mSv/a,技师组和护士组与其他两组相比差异显著;(2)职业健康体检结果未见与放射性相关的明显异常。结论 该院核医学工作人员职业性外照射人均年有效剂量均在国家标准规定的个人剂量限值之内,相比较而言,技师和护士在日常工作中所受剂量较高,应加强监测并做好有效辐射防护,同时在日常工作中应进一步规范实践活动,以保证工作人员的辐射安全。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the individual dose of external exposure of radiation worker in the nuclear medicine department of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Air Force Military Medical University from 2019 to 2021.Methods All the staff concerned were administered personal monitoring and analysis of external exposure. Results The annual effective dose per capita in the past 3 years was 1.04 mSv/a, 1.22 mSv/a and 1.19 mSv/a respectively. Among them, physicians were 0.85 mSv/a, technicians were 1.43 mSv/a, nurses were 1.42 mSv/a, and other personnel were 0.75 mSv/a. The difference between technician group and nurse group was significant. The results of the occupational health check-up were not significantly abnormal. Conclusion The average annual effective dose of external radiation of radiation worker in the hospital was within the limit of the national standard, and no abnormality in physical examination results. In comparison, technicians and nurses were exposed to higher doses in their daily work, so monitoring and radiation protection should be strengthened. At the same time, the practice activities should be further standardized in daily work to ensure occupational radiation safety.
