摘要: 以某特殊场所3年间接受中子-γ混合照射的放射工作人员为研究对象,分析和评估中子-γ混合照射对放射工作人员体检指标的影响。结果表明,与对照组相比,放射工作人员的甘油三酯、胆固醇、三碘甲状腺原氨酸、四碘甲状腺原氨酸、促甲状腺素、听力异常以及晶状体浑浊差异显著。提示,应加强对该场所中子-γ混合照射的放射工作人员的职业防护及健康监护。

Abstract: We analysis and evaluate the impact of neutron-gamma mixed exposure on the medical examination indicators of 76 radiation workers who have been exposed over three years. It showed that, compared with the control group, the radiation staff had significant differences in triglyceride, cholesterol, triiodothyronine, tetraiodothyronine, thyroxine, hearing abnormalities and lens turbidity. We suggest that radiation protection and health monitoring for these workers should be strengthened.
