γ射线对比格犬凝血功能的影响

摘要: 比格犬受到60Co γ射线不同剂量(2、3、4 Gy)单次全身单侧照射后,观察不同时间血小板和凝血功能指标的变化情况。结果表明,2 Gy和4 Gy照射均可启动内源性凝血机制、形成血栓继而出现纤溶亢进,而4 Gy照射引发出血死亡的机制与血凝、抗凝和纤维蛋白溶解系统障碍有关。

Abstract: After systemic unilateral exposure to 60Co with different doses,the changes of platelets and coagulation function in beagles were observed at different times. The results showed that both low and high dose could activate endogenous coagulation mechanism,thrombosis and fibrinolysis hyperactivity,and the mechanism of bleeding death induced by high dose was related to the disorder of blood coagulation,anticoagulation and fibrinolysis system.
