摘要: 双着丝粒染色体作为生物剂量估算的“金标准”,用于核与辐射事故受照者生物剂量的估算已有近60年的发展史,积累了较为丰富的资料。本文介绍了双着丝粒染色体人工和自动分析检测方法,以及该指标在核与辐射事故生物剂量估算的应用现状与进展,为国内同行开展基于双着丝粒染色体指标估算生物剂量研究提供参考。

Abstract: Dicentric chromosome analysis, recognized as the gold standard of bio-dose estimation, has been applied to nuclear/radiation victims for nearly 60 years, and has accumulated a wealth of data. We review the status of its application and progress for both manual and automatic methods. It's expected to provide reference for dicentric chromosome based bio-dose estimation in China.
