摘要: 本文主要针对海上核应急卫勤支援保障任务特点、能力指标建设要求,简要分析核应急医学救援关键技术、装备、标准的需求,为平战结合、军民两用的核应急卫勤保障体系建设发展提供理论参考。

Abstract: Wemainly analyze the characteristics of maritime nuclear emergency medical support missions and the requirements for capacity index construction, and propose the research path of key technologies, equipment and standards for nuclear emergency medical rescue. It's expected to provide theoretical reference for the construction and development of the nuclear emergency medical support system which combines peacetime with wartime and serves both military and civilian purposes.
