某医院新建DR机房放射防护评价

摘要: 根据国家相关标准要求,对某医院新建数字化X射线摄影系统(DR)机房进行放射防护评价。本文从测量仪器读出值经仪器响应时间和剂量检定因子修正后得出的实际剂量率着手,计算出该机房周围实际年有效剂量为1.60×10-6~3.65×10-5 mSv/a。结果表明,该机房放射防护设施符合国家标准要求,能够保障放射工作人员和公众的健康与安全。

Abstract: The effect of radiological protectionof a newly built digitized X-ray photography system room at a hospital is evaluated according to the relevant national standards. The effective dose is workedout to be 1.60×10-6-3.65×10-5 mSv/a from the actual dose rate, which is in turn obtained via correcting measuring instrument readings for the response time and dose verification factor. It indicates that the radiological protection installation is in line with national standards, and able to protect occupational and public health and safety.
