Food consumption reference values recommended fornuclear base and nuclear facilities

Abstract: In order to regulate and make in detail on food consumption of Chinese residents in nuclear base and nuclear facilities area of radius of 80 km, the analysis and comparison are carried out to different data source as the national dietary survey, the recommended food consumption of Chinese reference man, the dietary guidelines recommended by the Chinese dietary guidelines, and the data from the development outline of Chinese food and nutrition(2014—2020). The optimized recommended data of food consumption data of different gender and age group are suggested for calculation of collective dose on nuclear base and nuclear facilities. And meanwhile, based on these data, a formatted food consumption data within a radius of 80 km are recommended for the project 《Investigation and evaluation of the radiation environment of nuclear bases and nuclear facilities in China》.
