Abstract: With a case analysis of a company failing to organize occupational health examination in accordance with the regulations, we hold that, in the process of investigation and handling of cases, attentions should be paid to subject confirmation, application of relevant laws, the integrity of evidence collection, so as to standardise occupational health work, and promote the improvement of the quality of case handling of health supervision and law enforcement personnel.
