Abstract: After systemic unilateral exposure to ⁶⁰Co with different doses,the changes of platelets and coagulation function in beagles were observed at different times. The results showed that both low and high dose could activate endogenous coagulation mechanism,thrombosis and fibrinolysis hyperactivity,and the mechanism of bleeding death induced by high dose was related to the disorder of blood coagulation,anticoagulation and fibrinolysis system.
