Abstract

Abstract: Based on the LNCaP cell-specific membrane antigen target for human prostate cancer,an equal amount of ¹²⁵I-labelled reference compound ¹²⁵I-A was added to the porous filter plate,and then different concentrations of ligands to be tested were added. With competitive binding assays,the affinity between drugs and targets wasstudied. We thus establish a screening method for targeted drugs based on isotope labelling invitro.
