NPP Operators' Psychological Characteristics Before and Afteran Integrative Psychological Intervention

Abstract: Through clinical psychological evaluation, an analysis of NPP operators' psychological characteristics and mental health was conducted. On this basis, a set ofintegrated psychological intervention programs was designed pointedly. A groupof operators' psychological status before and after the intervention was then compared. The results indicate a definite application value for negative emotionalleviation, psychological condition improvement, and work efficiency protectionand increase. It is expected to become an effective mode of NPP operators' psychological intervention.
