Abstract: Based on working modes and technical parameters of radar in ship traffic management systems, the instantaneous peak and average distribution are calculated for axial electrical and magnetic field intensity of radar antennas. The electromagnetic radiation environmental impact involved is analyzed then. According to the relevant national technical standards, the horizontal and vertical compliance distances of radar antennas are providedfurther. The technical basis for radar station siting and construction can be provided thereby.
