Abstract: Based on the investigation results of radiation safety culture in a domestic nuclear power plant, and according to the characteristics of radiation safety culture and the actual weaknesses identified during the investigation, some new ideas and suggestions on the tangible construction of radiation safety culture in nuclear power plant were put forward from three levels of cognition, identification and practice.
