Abstract: With the retrospective survey, we collect the data of our laboratory 's participation in the national biological dose estimation capability assessment from 2016 to 2020, and analyse factors affecting biological dose estimation results. It shows that among the 10 samples evaluated, the relative deviation of dose estimation value was within ±20% in 8 samples and the relative deviation of dose estimation value was beyond ±20% in 2 samples. The results suggest that system errors and personnel competence are the main factors affecting the assessment results, establishing the dose-effect curve, and strengthening the analytical ability for dicentrics and rings is the key to reducing system errors and improving the quality of laboratory assessment.
