摘要/Abstract

摘要： 核电厂应急组织担负着核事故应急状态下的应急响应职责,应具备充分的应急响应能力,并保持常备不懈。本文主要根据某核电厂在应急响应人员培训的创新性探索和良好实践,对应急培训的思路、方法进行分析和归纳,以期总结提炼为系统性的理论和可推广的方法,为核电领域应急响应人员能力提升提供范本和参考。

关键词: 核电厂, 应急响应, 培训

Abstract: The emergency organization of nuclear power plant undertakes the emergency response duty under emergency situation of nuclear accident, and should have sufficient emergency response capability and keep constant readiness. Based on the innovative exploration and good practice of emergency response personnel training in a nuclear power plant, this paper analyzes and summarizes the ideas and methods of emergency training, in order to summarize and refine them into systematic theories and methods that could be popularized, and provide a model and reference for improving the capability of emergency response personnel in the field of nuclear power.
