摘要: 介绍了DNA甲基化以及电离辐射诱导全基因组DNA、特定基因启动子区DNA甲基化和重复序列DNA甲基化水平的改变,探讨了电离辐射诱导DNA甲基化模式改变的可能机制,介绍了DNA甲基化在辐射防护领域的应用。

Abstract: The changes in DNA methylation and ionising radiation-induced whole genome DNA, DNA methylation in specific gene promoter regions and repeated sequence DNA methylation levels are reviewed. The possible mechanism of changes in DNA methylation patterns induced by ionising radiation are discussed, and the application of DNA methylation in radiation protection is introduced.
