多形态氚取样器的效率测试研究

Research on efficiency testing of multi-form tritium sampler

摘要: 多形态氚取样器采用催化氧化加冷凝的原理,可以进行空气中氧化态氚和非氧化态氚的采样,通过建立试验方法得到取样器的收集效率、催化效率的真实值用于样品活度计算。本文主要介绍多形态氚取样器在催化效率、收集效率的试验方法,分别搭建两套简易实验装置进行取样器收集效率、催化氧化效率测试论证。经过长时间测量并计算经过取样器前后端气体温湿度的含水量差值,得到取样器收集效率可达到98%以上,催化单元在设定温度为400 ℃的前提下,对空气与氢气混合标准气体中氢气的催化氧化能达到99%以上。

Abstract: Multi-form tritium sampler uses the principle of catalytic oxidation combined with condensation to sample both oxidized and non-oxidized tritium from air. By establishing experimental methods, values of the sampler′s collection efficiency and catalytic efficiency for calculating sample activity were obtained. This paper mainly introduces the experimental methods for testing the catalytic efficiency and collection efficiency of the multi-form tritium sampler. Two simple experimental setups were constructed to test the collection efficiency and catalytic oxidation efficiency of the sampler. After long-term measurement and calculation of the water content difference between the gases before and after the sampler, it was found that the collection efficiency of the sampler can reach over 98%. Under the set temperature of 400 ℃, the catalytic unit can achieve over 99% oxidation of hydrogen in a standard mixed gas of air and hydrogen.
