摘要: 针对当前核应急救援去污洗消的依据标准及工作原则、洗消装备和洗消剂、工作措施和程序、人员分类去污及洗消作业区域管控等进行了探讨,并结合实际演训中的具体实践作进一步思考,特别针对人员防护和培训、洗消物资标准化配置、智能化装备研发以及社会化洗消力量体系建设等提出一些贴近实际的建议。

Abstract: Decontamination is a crucial method for rescuing personnel and preventing the spread of contamination during nuclear emergency response. Decontamination can effectively and rapidly eliminate radioactive material from human body and equipment, significantly reduce the possibility of external and internal exposure. This discussion focuses on current decontamination standards, working principles, equipment and agents, operation procedures, classified personnel decontamination, area control measures, as well as practical suggestions for personnel protection, training, standardized material configuration, intelligent equipment research and development, and the establishment of a socialized decontamination force system.
