国际比对模拟气溶胶滤膜γ能谱测量及分析讨论

Analysis and Discussion on International Intercomparison of Simulated Aerosol Filter γ-Spectrometry

摘要: 自制参考源,结合LabSOCS模拟软件的符合相加修正功能,用γ能谱法测量了2019年国际原子能机构(IAEA)全球实验室间比对3个模拟气溶胶滤膜样品中134Cs、137Cs含量,测量结果与IAEA参考值相对偏差<4%。134Cs 5个发射几率较大的能峰符合相加修正系数范围为0.729~0.829;近几何测量时不考虑符合相加修正可能导致结果的偏差>20%;探测效率受滤膜到探测器表面距离影响显著。本文的研究结果对核电厂气载流出物气溶胶样品测量有借鉴意义。

Abstract: Employing self-made radioactive reference source and LabSOCS (Laboratory Sourceless Calibration Software), the radioactivity of 134Cs and 137Cs of three simulated aerosol filters for IAEA intercomparison were determined by γ-spectrometry in 2019. The relative deviations between the measured results and the IAEA reference values were less than 4%. The coincidence summing correction factors for the five full-energy-peaks with high emission probability of 134Cs were from 0.729 to 0.829. Ignoring coincidence summing correction in near geometry configuration may result in a deviation of more than 20%. The detection efficiency was significantly affected by the distance between the sample and the detector. This study can be applied for aerosol filter measurement of airborne effluent from nuclear power plants.
