Abstract: This paper analyzed the current situation and existing problems of emergency regulation of nuclear and radiological accidents under situation. A series of new models of emergency regulation of nuclear and radiological accidents were explored and practiced. A Northeast province was guided to carry out innovative construction of prefecture-level emergency exercise evaluation system of radiological accidents through investigation and interview of emergency management of a nuclear power plant. The system is applicable to activities such as the development of scenario database for emergency exercises of radiation accidents at prefecture-level. The establishment of regional nuclear emergency regulation information system, the improvement of regional nuclear and radiation emergency regulation capacity, the summary and formation of the good practice and useful experience of these new models, and the research and proposed methods for further development of relevant work were put forword.
