摘要: 目的 通过分析某公司操作X射线光谱仪工作人员甲状腺异常状况,探讨该公司工作人员甲状腺疾病与辐射的相关性,为辐射防护管理工作提供科学依据。方法 对该公司入货部门工作人员及其他部门工作人员进行体检,得出甲状腺异常的具体情况,调查入货部门工作人员最大吸收剂量及辐射病因概率(PC),并与国家诊断规范标准比较。结论 该公司入货检查室工作人员的甲状腺疾病,与职业暴露无关。

Abstract: Objective To explore the correlation between thyroid diseases and radiation by analyzing abnormal thyroid status of workers operating X-ray spectrometer in a company, so as to provide scientific basis for radiation protection management.Methods Physical examination was conducted on the staff of the receiving department and other departments of the company to obtain the specific situation of thyroid abnormalities. The maximum absorbed dose and radiation etiology probability (PC) of the receiving department staff were investigated and compared with the national diagnostic standards. Results The thyroid disease of incoming inspection workers of the company was not related to occupational exposure.
