某地区部分煤矿工作人员染色体畸变和微核指标的初步调查

A Preliminary Investigation on Chromosomal Aberration and Micronucleus Index of some Coal Mine Workers in a Region

摘要: 分析了103名煤矿工作人员和45名对照人员的外周血淋巴细胞染色体畸变率和微核率。结果表明,煤矿工作人员染色体畸变率和微核率高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义;煤矿工作人员的染色体畸变率和微核率随着年龄和工龄的延长均呈上升趋势,差异有统计学意义。

Abstract: The chromosome aberration rate and micronucleus rate of peripheral blood lymphocytes in 103 coal mine workers were examined by conventional culture method. It showes that, compared with general public, the chromosomal aberration rate and micronucleus rate of these workers are not significantly different. There are significant differences between different age groups among these workers, and both indicators tend to rise with age and working time.
