天津市2021年放射工作人员职业健康检查结果分析

Analysis of Occupational Health Examination Results of Radiation Workers in Tianjin in 2021

摘要: 分析了2021年在本机构进行职业健康检查的放射工作人员检查结果。结果表明,与对照组相比,放射工作人员的甲状腺超声、外周血淋巴细胞微核率、白细胞、红细胞、血红蛋白浓度的异常率差异显著。结果提示,甲状腺损害、外周血淋巴细胞微核率异常、血细胞减少是天津市放射工作人员职业健康的主要异常类型,且不同职业类别的放射工作人员的异常类型不尽相同。因此,针对不同职业照射类别,开展细化合理的职业健康监护有利于提高放射工作人员的职业健康管理水平。

Abstract: The occupational health examination results of radiation workers in Tianjin, who were given at our institution in 2021, are reviewed. It turns out that, compared with the control group, there are significant differences in abnormal rate of thyroid ultrasound, micronucleus rate of lymphocyte, leukocyte, erythrocyte and hemoglobin concentration. This indicates that thyroid damage, chromosomal damage and cytopenia are still the main occupational health damage type of radiation workers in the region. Therefore, detailed and reasonable occupational health monitoring would be more conducive to improving the occupational health level of radiation workers.
