放射性污染气管去污方法实践探索

摘要: 核电站放射性污染设备及在场地的检修作业中会产生大量放射性污染气管。因气管结构复杂导致其放射性去污难度较大,业内多作为放射性固体废物处理。辐射控制区专用供气气管作为高价值专用工具,因大量放射性污染报废给核电站成本管控、放射性废物最小化和辐射防护最优化带来了较大的压力。针对上述问题,核电站开展了多项放射性污染气管去污试验,采用化学去污、机械去污、超声波去污等多种组合工艺,经过多个阶段的去污试验,最终将多根放射性污染气管去污合格,并现场复用。

Abstract: The maintenance of nuclear power plants is likely to give rise to lots of radioactively contaminated air pipes. Due to the complex structure, it is difficult to remove radioactive contamination therein. So they are mostly treated as radioactive waste in the enterprises. As a high-priced control area dedicated tool, its scrapping has, to some extend, brought pressure to cost control, radioactive waste minimization and radiation protection optimization. Given all this, we carried out a series of decontamination tests, with a process combined with chemical, mechanical, and ultrasonic techniques. As a result, a number of air pipes after use have been decontaminated and reused.
