医院核事故医学应急响应体系的构建

摘要: 医疗机构担负区域性核事故医学救援任务时应具备应急响应能力。本文通过分析核事故医学应急响应能力的基本构成要素与指标要求,研究构建医院核应急响应能力体系建设的模块、要素与路径。医疗机构担负并完成好核事故医学救援任务,需要建立完善的系统支持,即人员、装备、设施、预案、训练、技术模块构成的医院核应急响应框架体系,坚持训练准备和技术水平维持。

Abstract: Medical institutions should have its emergency response capability for undertaking regional rescue tasks for nuclear emergency. By analyzing the basic components and index requirements of this capability, the modules, elements and paths of building a proper hospital system are studied. Medical establishments need to develope a sound system support for such a rescue mission, namely a framework composed of personnel, equipments, facilities, plans, training and technical modules, with sustained training preparation and technical level maintenance.
