氚水致癌、致突变和致畸效应研究进展

摘要: 随着氚的广泛应用和环境浓度的增加,其放射性所导致的生物学效应也在逐渐地引起人们的重视。氚是氢的放射性同位素,可以参与到生物圈的很多循环,环境中的氚会对人类及其后代造成损害。本文介绍了氚水所导致的生物学效应中的致癌效应、致畸效应和致突变效应研究进展。

Abstract: With the wide application of tritiumand the increase of tritium concentration in environment, the biological effects caused by it have gradually attracted people's attention. As one of the isotopes of hydrogen, tritium can participate in many cycles of the biosphere, therefore environmental concentrations of tritium may cause damage to human and their offsprings. As a review of research progress on the biological effects of tritiatedwater, the carcinogenic, teratogenic and mutagenesis effects is highlighted therein.
