Abstract: Combined with the actual situation, the licensing approaches were briefly reviewed and discussed. It's suggested thatfreestanding radioactive waste management facilities should be included in the scope of nuclear facility management and application for licenses, while those attached to nuclear facilities should be subject to the implementation of classified licensing management based on the differences in the main nuclear facilities.
