摘要: 为提高固化生产效率,对固化流程中的废物传输和各操作步骤进行了优化和实践。结果表明,经合理安排和交叉操作,废树脂、浓缩液固化和废滤芯固定的日处理能力分别提高了36%、28%和37%。

Abstract: In order to increase cementation efficiency, the optimization and practice were conducted for waste transfer and operational steps in cementation process. Reasonal arrangement and cross-work have shown that the cementation of spent resin and concentrates and the immobilizationof disued filter core increased by 36%, 28% and 37% respectively.
