放射性肺损伤预防和治疗措施研究现状

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 放射性肺损伤是胸部肿瘤放射治疗、骨髓移植预处理及核与辐射事故的常见并发症之一。本文介绍放射性肺损伤的发病机制、病理变化、临床表现,着重介绍预防和治疗措施的研究现状。

Abstract: Radiation lung injury is one of the common complications of chest radiotherapy, bone marrow transplantation and nuclear/radiation accidents. The pathogenesis and pathological change, clinical manifestations of radiation lung injury, emphatically the research status of prevention and treatment measures for it are summarized.
