摘要/Abstract

摘要： 概括了核电厂流出物监测监管工作现状,总结了我国核电厂流出物监测监管工作存在问题,结合辐射环境监测监管领域成功经验以及新环境保护法最新要求,分析核安全与放射性污染防治“十二五”规划及2020年远景目标,提出了具体监测监管体系建设目标以及建议。

Abstract: The situation and existing problems ofregulation work for NPP effluent monitoring in China are summarized. Combined with successful experiences in the field of environmental radiation monitoring and the requirements of the new environmental protection law, objectives for nuclear safety and radioactive pollution prevention and control in the 12th five-year plan and 2020 vision are analyzed. Specific goals and suggestions are proposedfor the regulation system building.
