核级树脂硼饱和状态下的动力性能试验

摘要: 研究硼酸在核级锂型混合树脂上的饱和吸附,以及硼饱和后温度对树脂饱和度的影响和不同硼酸浓度下的硼饱和树脂的硼释放。结果表明,该树脂对硼酸有较长的吸附过程,硼溶液通入到树脂11倍体积时,树脂趋于饱和;当水流温度上涨时,树脂有一定的硼释放;不同硼浓度对树脂有一定的硼释放,当流出液到树脂6倍体积时,树脂达到新的平衡。

Abstract: This study deals with the saturation and adsorption of boric acid onto nuclear grade lithium resin , the effect of temperature on saturability resulting from saturated resin boron, and boron releaseat different concentrations of boric acid. The results have shown that that theboric acid onto resin is a longer process; resin tends to be saturated when boric solution reaches elevenfold volume of resin; a certain degree of boron release appears when water flow temperature rises; a new equilibrium is reached when effluent reaches sixfold volume of resin.
