福岛核事故场外污染整治中工作人员的辐射防护应对

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 简要介绍了《东日本大地震致放射性污染土壤与废物清理及相关作业中电离辐射危害防止条例》和相关导则,以及2013年间福岛县的相应监管状况,粗略呈现出福岛核事故后日本在应对场外污染整治工作人员辐射防护之需求方面的努力,亦说明今后更多地需要在整治作业实践中予以落实。

Abstract: An overview of Ordinance on Prevention of Ionizing Radiation Hazards at Works to Decontaminate Soil and Wastes Contaminated by Radioactive Materials Resulting from the Great East Japan Earthquake and Related Works presented, along with the relevant guidelines. Their implementation in Fukushima Prefecture in the year of 2013 is also summarized. It seems that efforts of Japan to cope with radiation protection of remediation workers in contaminated areas off-site are far from having been turned into good practices.
