摘要： 介绍了2025年2月辽宁沈阳某辐照中心卡源事件的发生经过、应急处置及故障排除过程,分析了事件原因并总结了经验教训。

Abstract: The occurrence process, emergency response, and troubleshooting process of the source jam incident that took place at an irradiation center in Shenyang, Liaoning Province in February 2025 were introduced. the causes of the incident were analyzed, and the lessons learned were summarized.
